| RECIPE FOR BARBECUED SPICED BANANAS |

Ingredients:
| 4.00 | | Ripe Bananas | | | Lemon Juice | | | Brown Sugar | | | Butter | | | Cinnamon |
Instructions:
Peel a banana or two for each person.
Cut pieces of aluminum foil large enough to wrap the bananas in, and lay the the bananas on them.
Brush with lemon juice and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Dot with butter.
Throw in a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg if you feel like it.
Wrap each banana in the foil spearately and lay them on the coals for 5 minutes.
