| RECIPE FOR BAKED RICE PUDDING |

Ingredients:
| 0.25 | c | Raw rice | | 1.00 | qt | Milk, scalded | | 0.33 | c | Sugar | | 0.50 | ts | Salt | | 1.00 | tb | Butter or margarine | | 0.12 | ts | Nutmeg (optional) |
Instructions: Serves: 6 Clean rice and wash thoroughly.
Add other ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish.
Bake at 325 F for approximately 2 hours or until rice is tender.
Stir occasionally, folding in brown layer which forms on top.
Serve while warm.
