| 2.00 | c | Cooked apricots | | 1.50 | c | Sugar | | 3.00 | c | Water | | 2.00 | c | Whipping cream | | 3.00 | | Egg whites, stiffly beaten | | 1.00 | c | Sweetened condensed milk |
Instructions: Combine cream, sugar, water, milk, and apricots which have been rubbed through a sieve.
Pour into freezer.
Partially freeze.
Fold in egg whites.
Continue freezing until firm.
