Ingredients:
| 2.00 | c | Dried apricots | | 1.00 | pk | Sweetened lemon flavored | | | -gelatin | | 12.00 | | Marshmallows, diced | | 2.00 | | Bananas, diced |
Instructions:
Wash apricots.
Cover with cold water.
Simmer until tender.
Rub through sieve.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling apricot puree.
Cool.
Add marshmallows and bananas.
Chill.
Serve with plain or whipped cream.
6 servings.
