| 3.00 | | Egg yolks | | 1.00 | c | Half & Half | | 0.50 | c | Sugar | | 2.00 | c | Whipping Cream | | 1.00 | tb | Vanilla |
Instructions:
AMISH ICE CREAM Beat ingredients together for 3 minutes.
Chill in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Place in ice cream freezer or hand-crank-style and process.
Chill again for 48 hours before using.
(It is important to let the liquid mixture ""mellow" for 24 hours before processing it in the ice cream maker.
