| RECIPE FOR ALMOND CREAM DIP WITH STRAWBERRIES |

Ingredients:
| 2.00 | pt | Strawberries, fresh | | 1.00 | pk | Instant pudding mix, vanilla | | 2.00 | c | Cream, heavy | | 1.00 | c | Milk | | 0.50 | ts | Almond extract |
Instructions:
Wash strawberries, but do not hull.
Pat them dry, then chill.
Combine the pudding mix and remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat at low speed with an electric mixer until blended.
Beat at high speed until soft peaks form (about eight minutes).
Serve with strawberries.
