| RECIPE FOR CURRY PICKLES |

Ingredients:
| 24.00 | ea | Med Cucumbers, Sliced Thin | | 2.00 | qt | Water | | 2.50 | c | Vinegar | | 1.00 | T | Celery Seeds | | 0.50 | c | Pickling Salt | | 1.00 | t | Curry Powder | | 0.25 | c | Prepared Mustard |
Instructions: Put the cucumbers in a bowl, add the salt and water, and let stand for 5 hours.
Drain and rinse the cucumbers well.
Combine the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Add the cucumbers and heat just to the boiling point.
Pack into hot jars and seal.
Makes 3 pints.
