| RECIPE FOR WACKY CAKE |
Title: Wacky Cake
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
| 1.50 | c | Unbleached All-Purpose Flour | | 3.00 | T | Cocoa | | 0.50 | t | Salt | | 1.00 | t | Vinegar | | 1.00 | c | Cold Water | | 1.00 | c | Sugar | | 1.00 | t | Baking Soda | | 1.00 | t | Vanilla | | 5.00 | T | Vegetable Oil |
Instructions:
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt.
Make three wells in the flour mixture.
In one put vanilla; in another the vinegar, and in the third the oil.
Pour 1 c cold water over all and stir.
No need to beat.
Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F oven until it springs back.
