Instructions: Spices: tarragon, rosemary, pepper, basil, garlic powder.
If you want to marinate the meat, to make it worth your while, place chops with sauce in a covered container in the refrigerator overnight.
The easiest way to prepare chops is to first spice the chops, then broil them for about 5-8 minutes each side.
Remember to cover the bottom of the broiling pan with foil.
