Ingredients:
| 4.00 | ea | Mint sprigs | | 2.00 | t | Water | | 1.00 | t | Powdered sugar | | 2.50 | fl | Bourbon whiskey |
Instructions:
In a silver julep cup (or collins glass) muddle mint leaves, powdered sugar and water.
Fill glass with shaved or crushed ice and add bourbon.
Top with more ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig and straws.
