RECIPE FOR LESLEIGH'S WHOLE GRAIN BATTER BREAD
Title: Lesleigh's Whole Grain Batter Bread

Serves: 12

Ingredients:
1.00cRice or soy milk *
0.25cSugar
0.25cMaple syrup
4.00tsSalt (uh, is this right? KM)
1.00cWater
6.00tsYeast
3.00tsEgg replacer
6.00tbWater
0.33cUncooked oatmeal
0.25cWheateena cereal; cooked in
1.00cWater, and cooled
2.00cWhole wheat flour
3.00cAll purpose flour

Instructions:
NOTE on rice or soy milk: if it's a thick milk, dilute it to the consistency of cow's milk) Simply mix all ingredients until all is blended.
Dough will be very sticky.
Divide evenly into 2 oiled or sprayed with Pam loaf pans.
Allow to rise until doubled (it's a pretty dense bread,but on a warm day,rising should be completed in about 4 hours) Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for about 1 hour.
Terrific for sandwiches or as a breakfast food!
