Ingredients:
| 1.00 | pk | Yeast | | 1.50 | c | Whole wheat flour | | 1.00 | c | Better for Bread white flour | | 0.50 | c | Oat bran | | 0.50 | c | Quaker multi-grain 100% | | | Natural hot cereal | | 2.00 | tb | Wheat germ | | 1.00 | ts | Salt | | 3.00 | tb | Gluten | | 0.50 | c | Applesauce | | 0.50 | c | Raisins | | 2.00 | | Egg whites or 1 egg or 1/4 | | | Egg substitute | | 0.67 | c | Plus 3 t warm water |
Instructions:
Set machine's browning control to light.
Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select ""Oat/French" and push "Start.
