Ingredients:
| 1.00 | pk | Yeast | | 1.00 | c | Whole wheat flour | | 1.25 | c | Better for Bread white flour | | 0.50 | c | Oat bran | | 0.50 | c | Rolled oats (Quaker Oats) | | 1.00 | ts | Salt | | 1.00 | tb | Honey | | 2.00 | tb | Margarine, melted and cooled | | 1.00 | tb | Pear juice | | 1.00 | cn | (8 0z.) of Libby's Lite | | | Pears, drained and sliced | | 0.50 | c | Coconut | | 1.00 | ts | Almond extract | | 1.00 | | Egg | | 0.25 | c | Plus 1 tb. warm water |
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, set browning control to light, select ""Oat/French" and push "Start.
