Ingredients:
| 1.00 | c | Fine bulgur wheat | | 0.75 | c | Diced onion | | 0.50 | c | Diced green onions | | | (including tops) | | 1.50 | ts | Parsley | | 1.00 | ts | Basil | | 0.50 | c | Fresh mint, cut fine | | 0.50 | c | Lemon juice | | 0.75 | c | Oil | | 2.00 | | Tomatoes, cut in slices |
Instructions: Cover bulgur with water; let stand 1 hour; drain; pan dry in skillet over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Chill at least 1 hour; serve.
