Title: Applesauce Raisin Bread

Ingredients:
| 3.00 | | Eggs | | 1.50 | c | Sugar | | 1.00 | c | Oil | | 2.00 | c | Applesauce | | 2.00 | ts | Vanilla | | 3.00 | c | Flour | | 0.50 | ts | Baking powder | | 1.00 | ts | Salt | | 3.00 | ts | Cinnamon | | 1.00 | ts | Nutmeg | | 0.75 | c | Coconut | | 0.50 | c | Nuts | | 1.00 | c | Raisins |
Instructions:
Mix together first 5 ingredients; set aside.
Mix together the dry ingredients in another bowl and pour thin batter into it.
Grease 2 bread tins, bake in oven for about 60 minutes, check with toothpick.
