Title: Spring Rolls (chinese) Serves: 8
Ingredients:
| 0.50 | lb | Lean pork, chopped | | 1.50 | c | Bean sprouts, chopped | | 1.50 | c | Cabbage, chopped | | 0.50 | c | Bamboo shoots, thinly sliced | | 0.50 | c | Grated carrot | | 3.00 | | Mushrooms, chopped | | 3.00 | | Green onions, thin slice | | 1.00 | | Garlic clove, minced | | 2.00 | | Slices ginger, minced | | 1.00 | ts | Soy sauce | | 1.00 | ts | Suar | | 1.00 | tb | Sesame oil | | | Dash pepper | | 8.00 | | Egg roll wrappers |
Instructions: Mix all ingredients together.
Fill eggroll wrappers.
Fold in sides, roll, seal with water or egg white.
Deep fry in HOT oil until brown.
Remove and drain.
