Ingredients:
| 1.00 | | Bunch roquette or arrugula | | 1.00 | | Head red leaf lettuce | | 2.00 | tb | Red wine vinegar | | 2.00 | tb | Dijon mustard | | | Salt and pepper | | 0.50 | ts | Tarragon | | 0.33 | c | Olive oil | | 2.00 | tb | Pignolias, toasted |
Instructions:
Wash greens, dry and chill well.
Combine remaining ingredients except pignolias for a vinaigrette.
Assemble greens and pignolias and toss with vinaigrette at serving time.
